Long Version
Roma is training an army of Pokemon; hopefully you know that by now. Trainers are being invited to help: another thing you should already be aware of. But, do you know exactly what you will be doing? Think of Roma as a circus: there are the performers and there is the crew that makes sure everything is running smoothly. There are Trainers, Managers, Breeders, Strategists, or whatever else you want to call them. People will have to breed the Pokemon[for Egg moves, abilities, et cetera], then the Pokemon will have to be trained. The Pokemon will be trained as specified by a Strategist, who planned out their moveset and purpose in battle most likely before the Pokemon even hatched. Activity in Roma needs to be managed, so you could be organizing files of the workers and Pokemon. You may even be picking Berries from the forest to have medical supplies and food in the Housing District or be on border patrol. You can choose your job for the most part, and there should be no issue with you switching. Just do what you do best!
Short Version
- B
[/li][li]Trainer - This one is very literal: you train the Pokemon. You can specify type or battle style if you want. You will train the Pokemon as planned by a Strategist.
[/li][li]Strategist - You plan out the Pokemon's movesets, held item, ability, nature and/or strategy to be used in battle.
[/li][li]Manager - You keep everything organized. You organize files, make sure everybody is doing their job correctly, and basically keep things running.
[/li][li]Other - These are the people who do not completely fit into the other jobs. You will probably be doing multiple, small jobs, like border patrol and Berry picking.[/li][/ul]
*Notice: All jobs are open to interpretation, but we request that the job you choose is still obvious. You are also allowed to have multiple jobs, but you must have a primary job.
