If you have not read the description of Roma's, um, government, please read it now. You really need to read it, and I truly hate repeating myself. I am writing this mainly towards though who want to shut down Roma, but feel free to read this anyways if do not. In this section, I want to briefly introduce the two who run this whole shindig, the brains and brawn duo:Wuppy and Rex. Mister Wuppy of Goldenrod is actually not a Team Rocket member, but since he is working for them at the moment, I am including him here. What you need to know if that this guy’s strategies are air-tight, and he will exploit every weakness you reveal to his advantage. With him as the trainer, a Poochyena can take out a Mienfoo with ease. His Dragonites will not fall to any Mamoswine. His Normal-types can defeat Ghost-types without any problem! You get the idea. You see, Wuppy does not rely on his strength alone[and, believe me, this guy is tough] and uses strategy to win. But, he gets distracted easily, and you need to exploit that if you want to beat him. His, um, "partner" [they do not actually like each other that much],Miss Rex of Nimbasa works differently. While Wuppy picks apart your plan and then shoots your Achilles’ heel, Rex decimates your team before you have the chance to stop her. This girl specializes in stats, and she somehow knows a Pokémon’s stats just by looking at them. That ability of hers allows her to train up her Pokémon’s strengths, defenses, speed, and endurance to unbelievable heights. It takes a lot to knock out her defensive Pokémon, is hard to survive a hit from her offensive, her speedsters cannot be outpaced, and her walls take a while to grind down. She also loves status ailments, so watch out for those. Her insane tactics will confuse you and take you down in a heartbeat. But, she cannot comprehend types. I know she knows them, but she still sends out Fire-types against Water-types and tries to use Psychic-type moves on Dark-types. You need to slam down hard on that weakness to beat her. Though they are flawed, it really does take a lot of skill and determination to defeat those two on their own or in a double battle. They are considered prodigies in their respective regions for good reason. And I am not singing their praises here; I am just telling you how it is. Simply put, just do not mess with them unless you truly believe you have a chance to win, because they will show you why they are often called the unofficial champions of their respective regions, potential revolutionaries of Roma. Hopefully the majority of you actually read all that. Now, the final thing you have to do if you are going to go through with this: go register for a ticket to Roma!
